Teaching directors to represent themselves.

The Directors Lab

A free weekly drop-in session where directors learn the business side. Topics vary - pitch prep, contract basics, building a reel, managing finances as a freelancer, dealing with agents (or not having one).

It's a room full of directors asking the questions they don't get to ask anywhere else. No curriculum, no syllabus. Just whatever's on your mind that week.

One-on-one coaching

Four to five sessions, typically spread over a couple of months. We start with where you are now, figure out where you actually want to be, identify what's in the way, and build a concrete plan to get there.

Not motivational bullshit. Practical steps, the kind of stuff a good agent would tell you if sat down and walked you through it.

For repped directors

Even with an agent, you should understand the business. What your rep does, what you can/should do, what questions to ask. CTRL gives you that.

For unrepresented directors

Not everyone needs an agent. Some directors do better on their own, but only if they know what they're doing. CTRL teaches the skills most reps keep to themselves.
